When my clients win… I win.

Last night at BizX 2026, my client Mike from Turtle Medical won the Best Community Impact Award and honestly, it couldn’t have gone to a more deserving business.

Mike and his team have worked incredibly hard to build a company that quite literally saves lives.

They supply life-saving equipment, train people how to respond in emergencies, and are constantly pushing to get more bleed kits, defibrillators and critical response tools out into communities.

The work they do isn’t just “business success”…
It’s real-world impact.

As a coach, this is the bit that makes me proudest.

Not the spreadsheets.
Not the strategy sessions.
But seeing brilliant business owners build companies that make a genuine difference.
