Running a growing business is lonely. The decisions get bigger, the pressure doesn’t let up, and most of the people around you don’t fully understand what you’re dealing with. The Upgrade Advisory gives you a private fortnightly session with me on Zoom — so you’ve always got someone to think it through with.
No group calls, no sharing the time. Every session is yours — focused entirely on what's going on in your business.
A regular slot in the diary — so things don't drift and you've always got a session coming up when things get tough.
We work together for as long as it's useful. No rigid programme, no end date — just consistent support as your business grows.

Your team look to you for answers. Your mates don’t quite understand. Your partner is fed up hearing about it. You need someone who thinks at your level.
The way you ran things at £500k doesn’t hold up at £2M. Things that used to be fine are starting to crack — and you’re not sure what to fix first.
You fix one thing and something else breaks. You’re reacting to everything instead of getting ahead of it. It’s exhausting — and it doesn’t stop.
— Stacey Ferguson, Founder
Having someone properly in your corner — who understands what running a real business actually looks like — makes a bigger difference than most people expect.
The Advisory works best for business owners who are already established and growing — not just starting out.
You're turning over £750k–£5M with a team behind you
The business is growing but it's getting harder to manage
You've got big decisions to make and no one to properly think them through with
You want to rely on yourself less and your team more — but don't know how to get there
You're in trades, services, engineering, manufacturing or a similar owner-led business
You want honest, straight-talking input — not someone just telling you you're doing great
This isn’t for people just starting out or looking for a quick fix. If your business is under £300k or you’re not ready to change how things run, this probably isn’t the right fit — and I’ll always be upfront about that.
There’s no complicated onboarding process. We start by getting clear on where your business is — then we get to work.
Before anything else, we spend time working out where the real problems are — not just the obvious ones. What’s slowing you down, what’s not working, and where to focus first.
Every two weeks we get on Zoom for a focused session. No set agenda — we talk about what’s actually going on in your business right now. Decisions, problems, people, plans. Whatever needs attention.
Business doesn’t run on a two-week schedule. When something comes up between calls, you’re not on your own with it.
It’s not just about fixing today’s problems. We work on how you lead your team, how you make decisions, and how to build a business that doesn’t fall apart when you step back.
When everything still runs through the owner, growth slows. I help identify and remove the constraints keeping businesses dependent on one person.
Someone to think through the stuff that really matters — who to hire, how to structure the team, what to do when things go wrong.
We keep an eye on what’s getting in the way — whether it’s the team, the systems, the money, or your own time — and work out how to fix it.
Knowing you’ve got a call coming up keeps you moving. And when things come up between sessions, you’ve got somewhere to go with it.
This is ongoing work, so the results build over time. Here’s what clients typically notice first:
Clearer roles, better accountability, fewer things landing back on your desk that shouldn’t be there.
Not because you suddenly know everything — but because you’ve got someone to think it through with properly before you commit.
Not overnight. But steadily. The goal is a business that keeps moving even when you’re not in the middle of everything.
That might sound simple, but it matters more than most business owners admit. Knowing someone’s in your corner changes how you show up.
The Upgrade Advantage is a 12-week group programme with a set structure and other business owners in the room. The Advisory is just you and me — private, ongoing, and completely focused on your business. No group, no set curriculum, no fixed end date.
There’s no set end date — we carry on for as long as it’s genuinely useful. Most clients work with me for six months or more, because the challenges of a growing business don’t disappear after a few calls. We check in regularly to make sure it’s still working for you.
The fortnightly Zoom call is typically an hour. Between sessions there’ll be things to work on — but it’s never meant to feel like more work on top of an already full week. We keep it manageable.
That’s exactly what the first call is for. We have a proper conversation about where your business is and where you want it to go — and I’ll be straight with you about whether I think this is the right fit. No pressure, no hard sell.
Book a call and we’ll talk it through. No scripts, no pressure — just an honest chat about your business and whether working together makes sense.
